Registration terms and conditions
We invite you to register as soon as possible either by filling out the PDF version of the registration form or by using the online registration form. Registration will be considered valid when the AQPS receives the duly completed form together with payment of the registration fee. It will be possible to register on site each day of the Congress between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Methods of payment
Payments must be made in Canadian dollars:
- By bank cheque to the order of the Association québécoise de prévention du suicide
- By Visa or MasterCard: please note that in your next statement the transaction will appear under the name “UQAM”. If there is an error in the fee amount, the AQPS reserves the right to modify the total amount to be paid.
- Cash
Confirmation of registration
A confirmation note will be sent upon receipt of payment. Official receipts will be provided upon registration in the Congress.
Cancellation policy
All registration cancellation requests must be submitted by mail, email or fax to the Association québécoise de prévention du suicide. Registration fees will be reimbursed according to the date of receipt of the postmarked request.
